Martin Brothers stoneware double face jug, dated 1903, modelled in bas-relief with a smiling face opposing a grimacing face, in a light brown saltglaze with a darker brown glaze to the upper handle and inside neck, the details picked out in black, inscribed '2-1903 Martin Bros. London and Southall' (firing cracks at the neck and additional hair cracks at the underside of the handle), height 16cm (Please note condition does not form part of the catalogue description.
